The BUFFER_FLUSH command flushes the file header and the current region's buffers to disk. This command is required immediately prior to breaking a disk mirror shadow set where the database resides.

The format of the BUFFER_FLUSH command is:

        B[UFFER_FLUSH]
        

The BUFFER_FLUSH command has no qualifiers.
