Bill Cary

Bill Cary
Bill Cary joined Homebuilders Financial Network, a division of Fidelity National Information Services, in January 2006 as executive vice president and chief operating officer. In this capacity, Bill oversees all daily business operations for the company. Bill has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage business holding positions in sales, operations and management at top regional and national mortgage lenders, with the last 12 years focused on operations management. Prior to joining Homebuilders Financial Network, Bill was executive vice president of Production Operations for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, one of the largest mortgage lenders in the Southeast US. At HomeBanc, Bill was responsible for all field operations in HomeBanc's 23 branches, which originated $6.5 billion in retail mortgage loans annually from builders and real estate professionals. He was also responsible for directing operations for the company's construction lending, sub-prime and underwriting risk management areas. Prior to HomeBanc, Bill held national level operations management positions in broker and correspondent operations for predecessor companies of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Washington Mutual, and was director of Branch Retail Operations at CitiMortgage.
