We have been appointed by APACS (Association for Payment Clearing Services) as the 'Data Collector' and the 'Primary Distributor' of the 'Industry Hot card File'. This means that we register 'lost and stolen' credit, cheque and debit card information on behalf of the bank and building society members of APACS. With information on more than 5 million cards, the database is constantly being updated by each of the major card issuers. We then distribute this information for use within the retail and business community. Every year, billions of transactions are checked against this file. We can enable you to screen this database to prevent fraudulent transactions for which you may be at risk.
