Lark Will is senior vice president of Customer Support. In this role, he manages all Customer Service Centers (CSCs) and help desks within FTS, as well as the Fidelity National Title Group (FNTG) customer support centers.
Prior to joining FIS in March of 2005, Lark established and led call centers for AT&T, American Express, Pfizer and EarthLink. Her organization’s focus is to provide superior customer service as a source of marketing advantage for FTS.
