With more than 20 years of consulting and financial services experience, Jim leads our FIS Portfolio Management business.

Engaging board members, executive teams and staff, Jim helps financial institutions align their card program with their strategic objectives. He helps our clients build profitable long-term cardholder relationships by responding to card portfolio behaviors and actively managing portfolio performance.

Prior to joining FIS in January 2007, Jim has held several leadership positions within the financial services industry. Most recently, Jim led a global team providing building MasterCard’s Global Rewards Services business. Having held senior management positions at CitiCards, MBNA, and FleetBoston, including client management of dozens of card portfolios exceeding $2 billion, Jim has deep experience within our card industry.

Jim is a MBA graduate from the University of Kansas and maintains his CPA credentials from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
