Lynn Hatfield is senior vice president of Professional Services for Fidelity National Information Services’ (FIS) Mortgage Servicing division. In this role, she is responsible for providing education, consulting and system documentation to support FIS’ solutions. Hatfield’s group also provides tactical and strategic best practices support for mortgage banking industry professionals.

Hatfield joined FIS in 1994 as a mortgage banking consultant. Since then, she worked in PowerCell, product planning and data center operations. In her current role, she oversees more than 125 professionals.
