
Cynthia FitzGerald is the executive vice president of Fidelity National Information Services’ (FIS) Customer Services organization, the heart of FIS’ customer service efforts. Cynthia reports to Dan Scheuble, President of the Mortgage Servicing division.
The Customer Support and Services division is comprised of technical and mortgage-industry experts dedicated to providing support, consulting, training and implementation services to FIS' Mortgage Division customers. Cynthia has played an integral role in the success of this organization by expanding the services we provide customers and improving service levels. FIS was recently awarded the Help Desk Award by Mortgage Technology Magazine.
Cynthia joined FIS in 1993 as a mortgage banking consultant and since that time she has managed both consulting and customer service functions.
Prior to joining FIS, Cynthia worked for both First Nationwide Bank and Homestead Savings in California.
She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association for a number of years. Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Area Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has lived in Jacksonville for the past 10 years, and is very involved in the academic, athletic and social lives of her two children.
