Gary Groshner is vice president of support systems for Fidelity National Information Services – Empower loan origination division. In this role, he is responsible for network infrastructure, customer support, quality control and technical writing.

Groshner’s team works to ensure the Empower users are fully satisfied with the Empower suite of products. His team provides quality control on all the Empower systems before they reach the clients. Once a client is implemented on Empower, his team provides high-quality documentation on the Empower products and superior customer support.

Groshner joined the company in 1987 and held several programming and analysis positions during the development and rollout of various products, including the original DOS-based loan origination software for desktops and laptops. Groshner has also been a part of the development and rollout of all the Empower versions, beginning with the first version in 1998. In 2001, he assumed the role of director of support systems and in 2003, took on the executive director role.

Groshner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
