Darrell Cox is vice president of professional services for Fidelity National Information Services – Empower loan origination division. His team is responsible for the professional services offered to clients from pre-sale engagements through implementation and beyond. Cox oversees the services available to existing clients, such as staff augmentation, upgrades and enhancements. His staff includes experts in project management, business analysis, development and training.

Cox has more than 20 years of IT experience. He has worked for three Fortune 500 companies as an IT executive. Cox joined the Empower division in February 2003 as the director of Empower Support Services and took over in his current role in April of 2004.

Cox graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
