Jerry Santillo is senior vice president of Commercial IT Solutions for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS). Commercial IT Solutions offers managed information technology, consulting and business continuity services to companies outside the banking and mortgage industries. Santillo is responsible for business development and customer relationships for Commercial IT Solutions.

Santillo has more than 15 years of information technology experience in software development, sales, customer account management and business operations roles. His experience spans financial services, consulting, healthcare, insurance and telecommunications industries.

Previously, Santillo was senior vice president of ALLTEL Information Services’ telecommunications services division, which offered information technology products and services to companies in the telecommunications industry. Santillo was responsible for oversight of all aspects of the business from business development, solution management, customer relationships and service delivery.

Santillo earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering degree with specialization in management systems and operations research from Princeton University.
