Harold is a senior vice president and is responsible for Business Continuity, Enterprise Messaging, the Project Management Office, and the Information Management Solutions groups and internal development.

Fackler has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology. Since joining FIS in 1978, Fackler has held a variety of positions. As a district manager, Fackler managed seven data centers across the company including three start-ups. Fackler also served as an area manager, responsible for four financial services' accounts.

Before joining FIS, Fackler was programming manager for the United Bank of Arizona, Phoenix, Ariz.
