Audit and control totals are provided at every processing level.
Item Reconciliation provides comprehensive analysis of reconciliation processing. This multi-organization, multiclient system is designed to use control records containing a wide range of options.
The system was designed to interface with IMPACS (a demand deposit system), which extracts all monetary activity for input to the Item Reconciliation system. It can also accept input from an unlimited number of sources to capture customer activity. A Universal Re-formatter allows individualized definition of the input forms.
A central feature of Item Reconciliation is the freedom it gives an organization's customers to submit reconciliation information in their format of choice and receive it back in their existing format such as magnetic tape, diskettes, or online storage units when receiving data from online data-entry or teleprocessing systems.
