The Integrated Service Management (iSM) module of the HORIZON™ solution allows you to manage tax reporting, security, the generation of reports and document imaging. In addition, it enables your customers to access account information, issue stop payments, apply for new accounts, transfer funds, order checks, send secure communications, originate wires, review positive pay reconciliations and more.

• Tax Reporting – Year-end reporting to the IRS is automated and menu-driven with HORIZON iSM. The system automatically extracts all tax information from various applications, aggregating it for presentation to the customer responsible for the tax. Your users have online access to this information from the customer portfolio view.
• Security – Determine what access any employee or officer has for inquiry, maintenance, creation and deletion of information – without them having to remember separate passwords and login codes.
• Report management – Maintain complete control over when reports, statements and notices are generated; how the output is sorted; and which reports are stored electronically or physically printed. Once produced, our optional ACquire® report management and data warehouse solution takes charge of the electronic packaging, distribution and storage of the information, turning each field into accessible, analyzable and actionable data.
• Document imaging – Horizon iSM integrates with our optional ALLView® solution, which is designed to eliminate paper flow and store all contracts, correspondence and files associated with accounts and customers. Authorized users may access customer information with a mouse click from his or her portfolio view, from related customers, or from any account inquiry in the system.
