FIS Data Service’s commitment to on-going training results in our clients being the most knowledgeable Kirchman Bankway users in today ’s market.

Each quarter, we work with our client's management team to develop a training agenda specifically designed to meet their needs.

After the agenda has been finalized, a FIS Data Services education specialist goes on site to provide training sessions that may include new products review, utilizing management and marketing information, report writers and new employee training. 

We also facilitate a free conference call every Tuesday to discuss new features of Kirchman Bankway, regulatory changes and other important issues.
