Fidelity Data Services maintains a network of 131 different locations. Each location is online to our organization’s main system and to the backup system at our hot site. Communication routers programmed at each location allow access only within the Fidelity Data Services private network.

We monitor all data lines and routers for attempted intrusions and indications of possible data line or equipment failure. We also review traffic statistics to monitor data line fluctuations and capacities.

The ongoing security and stability of our network is critical. We monitor and analyze our network daily to ensure the speed, security and dependability of client access.
