Our Customer Service area is facilitated and supported by a detailed call management system. This system is displayed within a window on each CSR’s desktop computer screen. CSR’s can monitor the status of calls and the system also provides reports that detail the number of calls by day, week, month, client, client employee, reason, etc.
Calls are returned within one hour and our goal is to have all calls resolved by end of day.
