Linda Mae Southerland is responsible for all the client specific development and delivery for the Automotive Finance Division of Fidelity National Information Services. She is responsible for all client specific enhancements, projects and conversion activities servicing the Auto Finance Customer Organization.

Southerland joined FIS in 1986. Prior to her current assignment, she managed several large development and conversion initiatives for FIS’ banking customers and was responsible for the origination of the Auto Finance development and conversion partnership with Ford, the first development partner for FIS’ Advanced Lending Solution – Automotive Finance (ALS-AF) servicing system. She has played a role in many of FIS’ new customer account start-ups with responsibility for building the appropriate account teams and establishing working relationships with the customers. Southerland’s original assignment at FIS was in the Training and Education department where she taught project management and was responsible for developing classes to educate the end users of FIS’ banking software.

Prior to joining FIS, Southerland held various business and processing management positions in the banking industry. Southerland earned a bachelor’s degree in science at College of Mount St. Joseph.
