Training
Live Web-based training on our solutions is designed as a product walk-through for the end user. Sessions include:
- FIS ID Verification User Training – Participants will learn how to use the IDV solution and understand the responses.
- FIS QualiFile® Classic Plus User Training – Customers who use the Classic Plus solution will learn how to use QualiFile during the account opening process, how to understand the QualiFile response and how to access the QualiFile History and Credit Report.
- FIS QualiFile User Training – This session is for customers who use our Advantage, Premier, or Custom Solutions in their institution. The focus is on learning how to “read” the QualiFile response and how to access the QualiFile History and Credit Report.
- FIS FraudFinder™ User Training – This session is for new FraudFinder customers.
Recorded Training is available on-demand for customers that want to learn at their convenience.
Strategy Consulting Services
Supporting FIS decision solutions is a team of consultants who work with institutions across the nation to shape account-opening strategies and practices based on institutional goals. Traditionally the insight and services of this team were limited to our custom QualiFile customers. FIS is now proud to offer a-la-carte and package options that are designed to meet the needs of the standard strategy customer.
Strategy Consulting for Standard Strategy Customers
A Standard Strategy Customer is someone who uses one of our “pre-built” strategies. These customers do not have a strategy consultant assigned to them so we've designed a set of Strategy Consulting services specifically for them. For an additional fee, you will work with one of our Strategy Consultants to determine how well your new account opening services support your objectives. If you are interested in any of these services, please contact your Account Manager.
Consulting Services Packages
For customers who already have a Strategy Consultant, there are several Consulting Services Packages available which provide a pre-determined number of consulting hours at a reduced hourly rate. If you are interested in a Consulting Services Package, please contact your Strategy Consultant or Account Manager.
