Michael Anderson is senior vice president of operations for Certegy Check Services. In this role, he is responsible for customer relationships and the production operations of the company, which includes: contact centers, item processing, third-party collections, account management, process re-engineering, ACH settlement services, training and implementations. He has been leading all of operations since October 2004.

Anderson joined Certegy Check Services in 1995 as the director of authorizations, responsible for starting up our Salt Lake City facility. Since moving to St. Petersburg, Fla. as a member of the senior management team in August 1999, he and his teams have been instrumental in providing excellent service and driving process improvements that have resulted in huge productivity efficiencies.

Before joining Certegy, Anderson worked as a manager of customer service with Icon Health and Fitness in Logan, Utah for five years.

Anderson received his Bachelor of Art’s degree in Finance from Utah State University in 1992.

A native of Utah, Mike now resides in Valrico, Fla., with his wife and four children.
