Mark A. Andrews is senior vice president and chief information officer for Certegy Check Services in St. Petersburg, Fla., a division of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. He was named to his current position in February 1999 and is responsible for the overall technology performance of Certegy Check Services in North America.

Andrews joined Certegy in 1991 and has held various positions within the Check Services Technology group. He was promoted to vice president for North America in February 1998 and became responsible for the international group in 1999. 

Prior to joining Certegy, Andrews was a development manager for Fidelity Investments, where he served from 1987 until 1991.

Andrews earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Drew University in 1980.

A native of Connecticut, Andrews and his wife Laura now reside in Clearwater, Fla., with their twin sons.
