Jim Henkel is senior vice president and general manager for the North American core business unit of Certegy Check Services, a division of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. Henkel has more than 20 years of business experience, having previously served as executive vice president of North American Sales for Premiere Global Services, Inc., an outsource provider of messaging services. Prior to that, Henkel was with GTE Corporation for 19 years, where he held roles as general manager in two of their telecommunications units and received numerous honors, including the President's Leadership Award and Top Operations Organization.

Henkel has a degree in business administration from Mercer University.
