During his first two years, Damon led the Loyalty Product analytics and consulting team while managing ScoreCard One as the product owner. His team supported 3,300 financial institutions with over 5.5 million card accounts. Damon showed his clients how to maximize results generated from their credit and debit loyalty solutions. Now leading FIS Portfolio Management analytics, he works closely with our clients to build profitable card programs in today’s competitive environment.

Prior to joining FIS, Damon spent six years with Capital One Financial Corp. where he held several leadership roles supporting the Prime, Sub Prime, and Young Adult portfolio segments. Damon also served as a Marketing Director with Harte Hanks Direct Marketing Solutions leading marketing efforts for several regional and national companies, including H&R Block and Aames Financial Corp. During his career he has gained extensive experience managing card program financials, direct marketing, loyalty programs, credit operations and cardholder servicing.

Damon is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is the proud father of an eight-year-old son, Brandon Tyrell.
