Prior to his current position, Haley was senior vice president and chief technology officer for ALLTEL Corporation. As chief technology officer, he was responsible for technology strategy and direction.

Prior to his current role, Haley was senior vice president of strategic development with responsibility for mergers and acquisitions and business development. Haley joined the company in 1983 and has held a variety of positions revolving around the creation and management of software products for the financial industry, research and development, and technology architecture and strategy.

Haley graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
