James Rowe is the senior vice president of FIS’ Risk Management & Analytics division. He directs analytic and fraud prevention services for 50,000 retail and banking clients, and is responsible for managing losses for the largest check guarantee business in the world.  

Before joining the Company in 2004, he was responsible for managing credit risk and analytic services for National City Bank’s retail lending division. Prior to that, Rowe held various management roles in internal audit, analytical services, and credit risk management for Capital One.

He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia Tech, respectively.
