Michael E. Sax is senior vice president and treasurer for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). Prior to this position, Sax’s responsibilities included serving as Certegy’s senior vice president and treasurer, and corporate vice president and controller prior to that. Before joining Certegy, Sax held various financial positions within Equifax, including serving as senior vice president and controller of Equifax Payment Services.

Sax holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
