Mary Waggoner is senior vice president of Investor Relations at FIS. Prior to joining FIS in 2006, Waggoner served in a similar capacity at Certegy, Inc. and Mercantile Bancorporation. She began her career in community banking, where she held several senior management positions.

Waggoner holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University.
