
James Susoreny is executive vice president of Sales and Client Relations for FIS. In this role, Susoreny is responsible for overseeing the company’s sales and client relations initiatives.
Throughout his extensive sales and marketing career, Susoreny has been characterized by his ability to craft client relationships and new sales strategies that have consistently increased client satisfaction, while maximizing revenue opportunity and decreasing the cost of sales. His strengths in team building and employee motivation have resulted in a strong track record of client renewals and win after win of highly coveted hardware and software contracts.
Before joining FIS, Susoreny served as vice president of Sales for Dallas-based Regency Systems Corporation, where he led the sales, marketing and business development teams. His strong leadership resulted in decreasing the cost of sales by a third, while growing year-over-year sales by 25 percent. Previously, Susoreny held sales and sales management positions with IBM, StorageTek Corporation, BancTec and Alltel Information Services.
Susoreny holds a business degree from Indiana University.
