Francis Chan is senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS) and is responsible for managing all accounting policies and overseeing financial reporting. Additionally, Chan performs accounting diligence on potential acquisitions and manages FIS’ corporate Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiative, as well as other executive accounting functions.
Chan also manages FNF’s and FNT’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and presided over FNF’s acquisition of Alltel Information Services, Chicago Title and others while serving as FNF’s Corporate Controller.
Chan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant. Having relocated from California, Chan exchanged views of the Pacific Ocean for views of the Atlantic Ocean and now lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife, Velma, and two children.
