Brent Bickett is corporate executive vice president of Business Development for FIS. Bickett has primary responsibility for all merger and acquisition activities and strategic initiatives for FIS. In this role, he directs FIS’ efforts to identify companies and opportunities that can leverage the company’s core expertise in various industries and that offer the potential to maximize value for the shareholders of FIS and its operating subsidiaries.

Bickett’s responsibilities for FIS include evaluating, structuring and negotiating corporate acquisition transactions, developing strategic partnerships and identifying investment opportunities for FIS and its operating subsidiaries.

Prior to joining FIS’ former parent company, FNF, in 1999, Bickett was a member of the Investment Banking Division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and served as a Managing Director of Bear Stearns’ real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure group.

Bickett earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in business administration from the Anderson School at UCLA.
